Event Details
Target will have senior leadership on hand to discuss store operations as well as careers with Target. They are seeking to hire employees with NSHMBA credentials for various leadership positions in the field of General Management (Store Leadership) Human Resources and Logistics. Please arrive on time as the Target team will be taking members on a tour of their new Washington DC Store covering the following 3 work centers within the building:
  1. Human Resources:
    • HR best practices;
    • Career path in HR at Target;
    • Discussion led by several HR leaders at the store and district levels
  2. Logistics:
    • Backroom and receiving processes;
    • Distribution center partnerships;
    • Discussion led by several store, district and distribution-level Logistics and Operations leaders
  3. Store leadership:
    • Sales floor and Guest Experience;
    • Store leadership career paths;
    • Training programs;

Discussion led by various Store Team Leaders



Target will be providing refreshments.
